The RHBC Barel Ageing Program
We have taken our award-winning pilsner and allowed it to take on a new life! Added to our 2016 shiraz barrels for 6 months, resting on raspberries or blueberries and allowed to naturally soured to the perfect degree of acidity. Clean woody notes. mixed in with the bright fruit character and acidic zingy work well to create this complex creature of a beer.
